Embedded in marketing are claims of the Jes-Extender as a treatment for erectile dysfunction, Peyronies, and buzz terms such as natural, safe, and medical-community-endorsed. The kind every man needs when it's their penis potentially on the experimental block.
The questions are: How true are the claims? And, can Jez-Extender maximize your manhood?
Do Penis Extenders Really Work?
Yes. It's not that simple, but yes.
When you place a persistent, relatively large stretch to a single tissue you cause microscopic tears within, in this case, the shaft of your penis. Existing tissue cells multiply to fill these tears and rebuild at the extended size.
The more you tear the tissue, the more tissue is built up, the more penis you have. Your penis increases in size, you increase the traction and the number of hours a day you wear it.

It may sound like an unhappy prospect but like earlobe stretching in body modification, neck elongation in Thailand and Africa, and the skin and skeletal traction used by plastic and reconstructive surgeons to encourage the body to grow additional skin, bone, muscle, and tendon, it is going to work. 1. Two bars run parallel to the penis and can be extended up to 4 inches. Place the ring of the device against your pubic bone. The entire unit (the ring plus extender rods) should be slightly longer than your flaccid penis with a gentle stretch by the extender. The rods can then be fastened at that length. The longer the length of extension rod used the greater the stretch applied.

2. Attach the plastic front piece (which attaches to the head of your penis) by inserting the rods into the complementing slots and fasten the rubber strap around the head of your penis. You will hear a click when both pieces are secured together.
3. By turning the hand screws inwards towards your penis you will feel the stretch on your penis increase. As you get more comfortable, the arms can be further adjusted to give more stretch.
Penis Extender Hours Per Inch
Significant results with a penis extender will take, on average, 1000 hours over six months. Achieving these results will require dedicated daily wear for 4-6 hours, though in studies by Jes-Extender, the ideal for guaranteed results is 12 hours a day.
Jes-Extender has a six week ‘Slow Start Up Schedule’ for first-time extenders which they also propose in their daughter brand The MaleEdge (2008). The schedule is designed to allow beginners to get used to wearing their penis extender.

The Jes-Extender Gold, as the name would suggest, is made from 24-carat gold. This package includes all the same accessories as the Jes-Extender Titanium with the addition of a custom velcro strap. The custom velcro strap retails at $52.
There was at the time of my research some confusion on the official USA site for Jes-Extender as to whether the product came with a 2-year warranty or a 5-year warranty.

The description of the warranty on jesextender.com is in itself confusing with the site stating their products come with different warranties depending on the package, the return process and then: "Due to the intimate nature of our product, and thus the strict hygienic standards, we cannot refund a used product. This is clearly stated on the sealed bag stating the product cannot be returned when this bag is opened."
This was confusing to me because a 1-year, 2-year, 5-year and lifetime warranty is only any use to the consumer if it is valid for a product which has been used. Unless of course said consumer is a collector of male enhancement memorabilia and said product spontaneously breaks on-shelf.
After an hour-long struggle on chat whereby my conversation was dismissed due to the customer service representative (or bot depending on your level of cynicism) unable to give me an answer to my actual question and then needing to "Take a call," thereby abruptly ending my conversation, I managed to confirm that the Jes-Extender Gold comes with a 5-year warranty.
This is relevant because one of the things Jes-Extender exclaims you to be paying for is 24/7 customer service.

The Jes-Extender Platinum package includes a Jes Extender coated in pure platinum, a certificate for verification for the aforementioned platinum, all the accessories, and features as the Jes-Extender Gold plus a *lifetime warranty and 1 No-Slip Protech, a kind of glove that wraps around the penis glans beneath the penis extender rubber strap and adds protection, friction, reduces slipping and retails at $12.
*The same inconsistency in warranty exists on the Jes-Extender Platinum with the description listing the warranty for the Jes-Extender Platinum as both 2-year and lifetime.

I can speculate as to a number of innocent reasons as to why this has happened in two separate product listings. However, as you are paying a considerable amount of money for the Jes-Extender Platinum and their email response to me I would consider vague, I would recommend calling Jes-Extender directly before purchase.
